Shipping
In most cases, any product in stock will be shipped within 2-3 business days, however we only ship on business days (Mon-Fri). We work hard to ensure that all orders are processed at the speed of light, but even so, same day shipping is not guaranteed. We use Fedex exclusively for shipping, however depending on the product weight, we may ship your product(s) via other carriers. We calculate the Shipping & Handling based on several criteria, including: Item Weight x Quantity + Package Weight + Destination. Fedex uses zones to divide the US, and these zones affect your shipping charges. For example, if you live on the West Coast, it costs us more to send a package there than it would to send a package to somewhere on the East Coast. During checkout, all of these variables are accounted for when providing you with your Shipping & Handling quote.
Free Shipping
On certain occasions, Payne Supply may offer customers a free shipping option for our US customers. When free shipping is available and is selected as your method of shipment, your order may take some extra time to process and ship. We feel that you, the customer, should be aware of this. Please do not misunderstand that free shipping will take decades -- in most instances, our turnaround time for free shipping is just as quick as a paid shipping order.
Payments
Payne Supply offers payment methods using credit card, and Paypal. For speed, safety and convenience, we recommend using a credit card for payment. With Paypal, you can debit your bank account directly -- or simply send an eCheck. AR residents are subject to a 7% AR Sales Tax.
Returns/Exchanges
One true testament to the quality of an online store, is the way they handle returns. We understand that customers may need to return a product or products they ordered for whatever reason, so we make it hassle-free to do so. You will have 30 days from the date of shipment to return your product. In order to return a product, you must obtain a RMA clearance by contacting us. We will not hassle you with RMA numbers or a "returns department", you simply need to let us know that you are returning an item and you must include a copy of your invoice with the return. If you did not open the package, simply take it to any Post Office and tell them you want to "return to sender". By doing this, you will not need to pay to ship it back. Of course, all of the original product packaging must be present and the product must be in the same condition it was when it left our warehouse, or we will not accept the return. There is a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective returns. If you break a product by abusing it or through misuse, we cannot accept it as a return. If you are exchanging an item, you will be responsible for paying the shipping charges unless we are at fault (sent the wrong item, for example). Shipping charges are non-refundable. |
